HPB 4 D – Flow Control with Function

- Low viscosity (approx. 3,000 mPa.s, 2% sol.): Enables high flowability in mortar
- Fast hydration: Immediate thickening; no delay in wet-out
- No surface treatment: 100% pure active polymer – no clumping risk
- High water retention: Reduces risk of premature dry-out and shrinkage
- Improves wetting of fillers: Better mix stability and pumping efficiency
- Boosts final appearance: Prevents segregation and bleeding
Use level: 0.1%–0.3% depending on binder and system density.

RDP 30 D – The Strength Behind the Smoothness

- Excellent re-emulsification: True polymer film forms as water evaporates
- Strong adhesion to mineral substrates: Reinforces bond to concrete, anhydrite, etc.
- Increases tensile/flexural strength: Allows formulation of thinner screeds
- Reduces brittleness and dusting: Makes floors more resilient to cracking and chipping
- Compatible with cement, anhydrite, gypsum: Cross-system flexibility
Use level: 2%–6% depending on mechanical target and filler loading.
